MEET OUR TEAM

Richard is a Registered Professional Surveyor and Licensed Cadastral Surveyor who has a wide range of surveying, spatial, land planning, civil design and contract management and project management capabilities.

Richard’s experience also includes the provision of expert evidence in Council hearings and the Environment and High Courts of New Zealand across a range of survey and land development matters including complex cadastral boundary definitions and survey aspects (floor level and wall verticality) of insurance claims.

Richard’s strengths lie in his ability to understand complex situations and establish clear and logical solutions for his clients. Richard has a wide portfolio of clients that he has established strong relationships with and regularly advises on a range of matters.

Outside work, Richard spends plenty of time as the weekend driver to kids sport and attempts to keep active on his bike and golf course but is most likely found watching sport on TV with a craft beer or pinot noir in hand.
