Ella joined Graham Surveying in March 2022 as a Survey Field Assistant, contributing to Kāinga Ora’s housing development program and supporting early work on the Te Kaha Stadium project. She moved into the Operations Support Administrator role in April 2023, assisting with scheduling, workflow coordination, and field support. In January 2026, Ella stepped into the Operations Coordinator position and is currently transitioning into the role, expanding her operational responsibilities. Outside of work, she plays Premier 1 netball and enjoys horse riding.
