Fineen joined Graham Surveying in June 2020.  Originally from the Far North, after graduating from the University of Otago in 2004, she moved to Christchurch and has worked and lived in the area since.

Fineen has a strong focus on Cadastral Surveying and enjoys interacting with clients and coworkers alike.  One of her biggest achievements was as the Survey Coordinator and then Manager for the Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team (SCIRT) from 2011 to 2016.  SCIRT was the organisation established after Christchurch’s earthquakes to assess and repair the City’s broken infrastructure.

Fineen has two young girls, who keep her and her husband busy, along with their lifestyle block.  Fineen enjoys playing football in the winter and getting out and about in the off-season with her family.
