Cynthia is a Senior Surveyor with more than 30 years of experience across the land surveying industry. Her career has taken her from rural Southland to large‑scale developments in Auckland and on to the complex surveying environment of Christchurch, giving her a broad and adaptable skill set shaped by decades in professional consultancies.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has developed strong capabilities in leadership, internal project management, and quality assurance. She is known for her ability to guide teams, maintain high technical standards, and deliver work with precision and consistency.

Cynthia has recently stepped into a new role leading our business development initiatives and supporting the growth of our team’s capabilities. Her focus is on strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring our people have the tools and direction they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys supporting her teenage sons in their sporting pursuits. She can often be found on the sidelines helping out at water polo, athletics, and wheelchair basketball—or at the gym keeping up with both boys.
