Civil Engineering Design, Contract Administration and Construction Management
We provide detailed civil engineering design and contract administration for all types of development projects, from multi-unit residential developments to large-scale greenfield subdivisions.
Our services include:
- Liaising with the relevant council regarding engineering and design matters
- Preparing engineering design plans for earthworks, roading, stormwater reticulation, wastewater reticulation, water reticulation for relevant council approvals and consents
- Coordinating with sub-consultants, such as landscape architects, geotechnical engineers, environmental engineers, as well as utility providers for electricity and telecommunications design and installation
- Obtaining relevant engineering approvals
- Developing contract documentation, including schedules, contracts and specifications
- Managing the tender process and recommending suitable contractors
- Issuing approved plans for construction
- Overseeing the construction phase to ensure quality and compliance, including attending weekly site meetings and inspections, certifying civil construction works, processing progress claims and acting as “Engineer to the Contract” under NZS 3910
