Graham Surveying has been proud to provide comprehensive surveying services for Summerset Villages Limited on their 10-hectare retirement village development in Rangiora. The first release of homes is now complete, with residents already moving in. Once fully developed, the village will offer a mix of independent homes, resort-style amenities, and a modern care centre – all within a secure, gated community. 

Throughout the project, Graham Surveying has played a key role in ensuring high-quality outcomes across every stage of development. Our scope of work has included: 

• Land Transfer Subdivision: Managing council consent processes, marking subdivision boundaries, and lodging LT plans to facilitate new title creation for the development. 

• Aerial Surveys: Conducting monthly aerial photography to track site progress and support accurate project reporting. 

• Construction Support: Delivering precise building set-outs and Building Location Certificate surveys to meet council compliance and quality assurance standards.
