• Topographical survey and delivery of 3D surface for dwelling and civil design. 

• Preparation of scheme plan. 

• Subdivision consent application and manage consent process with Council. 

• Building and civil infrastructure set-out. 

• Building Location Certificates for foundation and eaves. 

• Completion of Land Transfer Survey. 

• Coordination with solicitor on LINZ documentation. 

• Obtaining the section 224c Certification from Council.
