Graham Surveying provided comprehensive surveying services for Watts & Hughes Construction Group Ltd as part of the Tapoa Naval Point Redevelopment, which included the construction of a new basketball court, changing facilities building, and associated landscaping and hardscaping. Construction was successfully completed in September 2025. 

Our scope of work involved civil, gridline, and service set-out, as well as the preparation of final as-built plans for council compliance. To enhance spatial accuracy and project documentation, we also utilised our DJI Phantom 4 UAV to capture general site levels and produce a detailed, geo-referenced aerial image of the completed development.
