Graham Surveying carried out a four-lot subdivision to subdivide off an area of land from a 420ha dairy farm for use as an agricultural business.  

Our scope of work on this project included: 

• Obtain subdivision consent from Selwyn District Council.  

• Obtain land use consent for the operation of the agricultural business. 

• Completion of the Land Transfer survey and obtain approval as to survey.  

• Coordination with solicitor on LINZ documentation for the issue of new titles. 

• Obtaining the section 224c Certification from Council. 

Our work on this site with this client is on-going and we are currently assisting with a land use application for the erection of a new dwelling on the site.
