Graham Surveying is proud to have had a long-standing relationship with Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, supporting the delivery of high-quality homes for whānau across New Zealand. 

Our planning team has prepared and managed more than eighty land use, subdivision, and regional consents, enabling the development of social housing projects ranging from 3 to 20 units per site across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Nelson, Marlborough, Canterbury and Otago.

These projects required responsive collaboration with Councils throughout New Zealand; a deep understanding of Kāinga Ora’s development objectives, timeframes; and practical, solutions-focused planning to meet both regulatory and community needs.  

Our survey team has been involved with the completion of topographical surveys, scheme plan preparation, construction setout and the completion of land transfer surveys to support the developments across New Zealand both directly for Kāinga Ora and also working with their local build partners.
