Graham Surveying provided surveying services for Leighs Construction on the dual-school campus built for the Ministry of Education, with construction completed in January 2024. The project comprises three buildings with a total build area of 4,618 square metres.  

Our responsibilities included pile set-out, pile as-builts, gridline set-out, hold-down bolt checks, hold-down bolt as-builts, and service set-out for the on-site contractors.  

In the final stages, we utilised the Leica RTC360 laser scanning to perform steel quality assurance checks, ensuring that the roof was installed in accordance with design specifications.
