Graham Surveying’s Land Development Team is involved in all aspects of the land development process from initial concept and feasibility assessments, through the resource management planning and civil engineering phases to the completion of the land transfer survey and issue of new titles.
Land development is a complex and – at times, convoluted – process to transform raw, rural land into functional, valuable and well-designed urban spaces. We bring together technical knowledge, practical experience and a strong understanding of how successful developments are delivered to meet the requirements of developers, Council’s and the wider community.
Our Land Development
Services Include:
- Feasibility studies and concept designs.
- Topographical Surveys.
- Subdivision planning and urban design;
- Resource Management Planning for Regional and District Council Consents
- Civil engineering design services including earthworks, roading, wastewater, stormwater and water supply.
- Coordination of specialist sub-consultants, such as landscape architects, geotechnical engineers and environmental engineers;
- Coordination of specialist sub-contractors for electrical and telecommunications design & installation;
- Tender Management and Assessment.
- Construction Management and Supervision including progress claim certification and Engineers Completion Certificates.
- Asbuilt surveys.
- Land Transfer Survey and liaison with solicitors on title documentation.
